BEYOND 2026, the international exhibition for digital technology and innovation, took place at Metropolitan Expo in Athens from 17 to 19 June 2026. The sixth edition brought together more than 300 exhibitors from 11 countries and approximately 100 startups! Under the theme “BEYOND FRACTURES. Where Innovation Meets the Real Market,” the event showcased applications in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, smart cities and sustainable resource management. Its programme combined technology presentations, workshops, the AI Forum and targeted business meetings, connecting companies, researchers, investors and public institutions.
Caius participated in BEYOND 2026 with a booth within the Region of Epirus pavilion, and warmly thanks the Region for its initiative and support! During the exhibition, the team held B2B meetings with research organisations and businesses, exploring opportunities and planning future collaborations. Visitors discovered three Caius products: caius paths, which automates trail mapping using satellite data; druiter, a rural travel app connecting visitors with local destinations and experiences; and caius paskou, a smart digital solution for livestock farmers. Together, these products demonstrated the company’s commitment to bringing practical digital tools to rural communities and businesses!
BEYOND 2026 served as a primary venue for Caius to present its ongoing work within the CO-FOREST Erasmus+ project. CO-FOREST is a European initiative designed to transform forestry education and professional training frameworks across Europe. As climate change increases environmental challenges —ranging from extreme droughts to severe wildfires— current educational structures must adapt. The project's mission is to equip future forestry professionals, students, and landowners with the technical skills required to foster forest resilience. As a consortium member, Caius focuses on digital education about forests for both specialists and non-specialists in Greece, fostering international collaborations, promoting the adoption of good practices, and supporting outreach and dissemination activities to raise awareness of forest ecosystems!
